Hey there! Long time no see. I have been away for a long time which has been such a shame. But, no worries! I'm back for a quick little post. This one is very short, but I'm hoping to do a big post within this last week of 2019. I hope you forgive my absence. Managing school and competitions has been really hard, especially in the last couple of weeks. I had another post planned before this, but I'm combining it with the next one since they're closely related anyways. Thanks for sticking around. Enjoy!

First, we have a brand-new Victrola turntable gifted to me from my dad. If you remember from a couple months back to my birthday, my mom actually got me a Crosley turntable, but the thing is, it didn't have a built-in speaker. That not only made it difficult to hear, but it was also really hard to find a speaker that the player required. I was using a speaker that was like semi-okay and old, so my dad went searching for some speakers and came back with a new turntable, instead. I really do love it! It can close into a portable case which is great, so I do recommend this one and also making sure your turntable has a built-in speaker, before you end up going on a manhunt for speakers and ending up with two record players. :)

NEW VINLYS

I have a pretty good collection of vinyls, now. I don't know if you saw on my Instagram story, but I actually got two new records before Christmas. I got the first The 1975 album and Fleetwood Mac's Rumors. Today, I'm just showing you the three that I actually got for Christmas, from my aunts.

- Fine Line : This is the sophomore album of Harry Styles, and I asked for it before the full album even came out. This one is very special, because it is an exclusive colored vinyl in Coke Bottle Green. To be completely honest, the quality of the sleeve is very nice. It comes with a double-sided poster, too, which is pretty cool.

- I like it when you sleep, for you are so beautiful yet so unaware of it : This is the sophomore album of The 1975, and I love pretty much anything The 1975 does. The art on the inside (pictured at the very top) is very beautiful and makes it really worth getting.

- A Brief Inquiry into Online Relationships : This is the most recent album of The 1975, and I love it! If you haven't heard it, go ahead. I've already listened to the entire album today on the new turntable. It's a whole different experience and knowing the story behind it enhances the listening experience times a million. They are dropping their next album, Notes On A Conditional Form, in February I believe, and I'm hoping to pre-order that one.

And finally, yes, finally, we have come to the end and final gift. I know it was a bit short, but quality over quantity. I got this limited edition Hello Kitty refurbished instant Polaroid 600 camera. I originally saw it on Urban Outfitters, but I'm not sure you can get it there anymore. I'm really trying to get into photography, and I thought it would be perfect to add into my camera collection, because I've already collected the Fujifilm Instax Mini 7s, the Fujifilm Instax Mini 90 Neo Classic, and the Canon EOS Rebel G with a 35-80 mm lens. I haven't used some of them, yet, but I super excited to. I just need to brush up on some basics with Youtube. The only thing that I am not excited about with this camera is the cost of the film, so this one will be saved for special events only! But it's great nonetheless.

I hope you guys enjoyed my little post, and check back some time this week to see my final post of the year! Thanks so much and happy holidays!
